Call or text dispatch — the web request is optional
Every customer gets a dedicated dispatch number. Call or text it straight from the well site whenever you need fuel or service — that's all it takes. If your crews would rather send requests online, we run those through Iron Dispatch, which keeps reports accurate and gets requests moving fast. Use whichever is easier.
Call or text dispatch
Every customer gets their own dedicated dispatch number — call or text it from the pad day or night. We give it to your team when we set you up.

Field request questions
Getting fuel and service to the pad
Do I have to use the online system to request fuel or service?
No. Calling or texting your dedicated dispatch number always works, and it's all it takes. The online request through Iron Dispatch is there only for crews that would rather submit it that way.
How do I get my company's request link?
Send us a message through the request form and tell us your company wants an Iron Dispatch request link. We'll send a link that belongs to your company for you to share with your crews.
Do my crews need to create accounts or download an app?
No. The request link opens in a phone browser. There's no sign-in and nothing to download — they open it, fill out the form, and the request goes to dispatch.
Can I request fuel or service at night or on a weekend?
Yes. Dispatch is available 24/7, day or night, for calls, texts and online requests alike.
What information should a field request include?
The unit, the site or location, what's needed, and how urgent it is. The online form captures all of that, which is why requests submitted that way tend to move fastest.
